Michael CARR

Michael Carr of 107 New Oak Estate, Carlow, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, on February 5th, 2026 at his home.

 

Beloved husband of Margaret, much loved father of Elaine, Michael, Joe, James and Pa, adored grandfather of Eric, Sean, Skye, Sam, Jamie, Connor, Ace, Sophie, Finn, Frankie and the late baby Seren, treasured great-grandfather of Maya and cherished brother of Pius, Kathleen and the late Pat.

 

He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughter, grandchildren, great-grandchild, son-in-law Pa, daughters-in-law Michelle, Sarah-Jane and Lauren, brother, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, uncles, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

 

 

May Michael’s Gentle Soul Rest In Peace

 

 

Michael will repose at his home, 107 New Oak Estate, Carlow (R93 H6N6) on Saturday February 7th from 3pm concluding with Prayers at 7.30pm that evening. Removal from there on Sunday at 12.45pm to St Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen, arriving for Funeral Mass at 1.30pm. Burial afterwards in Killeshin Cemetery, Carlow.
