Late of Irish Steel & late caretaker of St. Mary’s National School.

Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family & in the loving care of all at Midleton Community Hospital. Beloved husband of the recently deceased Mary (nee Doherty) much – loved father of Brenda, Dee, Mark, Emma & Fiona & dear brother of Frank, Marie, Richard, Breda, Christine & the late Patrick, Kevin & Anthony. Sadly, missed & lovingly remembered by his son, daughters, brothers, sisters, grandchildren, Kate, Jack, Olivia, Ria, Anna, Stephanie, Layla, Meera, Nicole, Maddie, Lexi & Emily, sons in law, daughter in law, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives & a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Cahill’s Funeral Home, Newtown Rd., Cobh P24Y383 on St. Stephen’s Day -26th of December from 4.30pm until 5.30pm. Removal on Monday, 27th of December, at 9.30am to St. Colman’s Cathedral for 10am Requiem Mass followed burial in St. Colman’s Cemetery.

Michael’s funeral will take place in accordance with HSE & government guidelines regarding social distancing.
