Michael Collins
COLLINS (Castlefreke): on March 10th 2025, peacefully in the presence of family at Bushmount Nursing Home, Clonakilty. MICHAEL beloved husband of Nellie (nee Santry), much loved father of Pádraig, Maurice, Marguerite (Jennings), Mícheál and Sheila (O’Driscoll), brother of the late Joan (Griffin). Sadly missed by his loving wife, family, sons-in-law Harry and Ivan, daughters-in-law Siobhan and Donna, brother John (Seán), sisters Sr. Bernadette and Sheila (Hurley), grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.
Reposing in O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Clonakilty on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 5.30pm to 7.30pm followed by Prayers. Requiem Mass on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 2pm in St. Michael’s Church, Rathbarry. This will be recorded and available to view here after 7pm same evening. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
