Michael Connell

The death has occurred on 22nd November, 2025 of Michael Connell, Skeagh, Rathconrath, Mullingar, Co.Westmeath.

Peacefully in the tender care of the nurses and staff, of the South Westmeath Hospice, Athlone.

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Mary Connell, his sisters Kathleen (Riggs) and Ellen.

Sadly missed by his brothers, Jack, P.J, Owen, Joe, Jimmy, and his sisters Peg, Molly, Ann, Bernadette and Carmel, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, his neighbours and many friends.

May Michael he rest in peace.

Reposing at Rooney's Funeral Home, Ballymore, Co. Westmeath on Monday 24th from 5pm until 7pm. Removal thereafter to St. Matthew's Church, Milltown, Co. Westmeath to arrive at 7.30pm.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
