Michael Connor

The death has occurred in his 91st year of Michael Connor, 5 Pine Grove, Rathbawn Road, Castlebar and formerly of Drimcurabawn, Breaffy, Castlebar, peacefully on 23rd April 2024, in Cuan Chaitriona Nursing Home, Castlebar.

Dearly loved husband of the late Mary (née Mc Caroll, formerly Mary Rodden), who died in July 2023. Michael was also predeceased by his brothers Tom, Jim, John and his sister Mary Monaghan. He will be sadly missed by his brothers Padraig (Breaffy Road, Castlebar) and Walter (Ballsbridge, Dublin), his nieces, nephews, cousins, all the family circle, relatives and friends.

Michael will repose in Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home, Thomas Street, Castlebar F23 HT38 on Thursday, 25th April 2024, from 6.00pm to 7.00pm.

Removal from Kilcoyne’s Funeral Home on Friday, 26th April, to St. Aloysius Church, Breaffy, Castlebar, arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by cremation in Shannon Crematorium, arriving for service at 4.00pm. The Funeral Mass will be live streamed on www.churchtv.ie/Breaffy or can be listened to in Castlebar, on the Castlebar Parish Radio 105.3FM.
