Michael (Danny) Waters
Michael (Danny) Waters Dunfore, Ballinfull, Co. Sligo – February 01, 2026, Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the excellent care of the nurses and staff at Sligo University Hospital and North West Hospice Sligo. Dearly loved and always remembered by his wife Zita, son Daniel, daughter Alicia (Munnelly), son-in-law Gerard and his adored grandchildren, Micheal, Fiadh and Senan. Sadly missed by his brothers and sisters Sean, Jimmy, Mary and Ann, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at the home of his daughter Alicia in Lissadell, Ballinfull (EircodeF91N67W) on Tuesday the 3rd February from 4pm to 8pm. Removal to St Patrick’s church maugherow on Wednesday morning to arrive for Requiem mass at 12 pm. Burial afterwards in Carrigans cemetery. Anyone wishing to offer their sympathies can do so on the condolence section below.
