Michael passed away on 24th March 2026, unexpectedly, at his home. Beloved father of Michelle and Michael. He will be dearly missed by his loving daughter and son, brothers Allan, Stephen, Frank and Seamus, sister Marie, grandchildren Jesse and Cameron, great grandchildren Jacob, Lily and Remi, nephew, nieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours, friends and all who knew him.

Michael is predeceased by his parents Jim and Peggy and brother Paschal

Michelle and Michael would like to thank in a special way their Dad's great friends Richie, Mags and Dermot from Kyteler's Inn and also his close friend Una for the kindness, care and respect shown to Michael over the years.

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, John's Green, Kilkenny (R95XE00) on Wednesday (1st April) from 5pm to 7pm with Prayers at 6pm

after which refreshments will be served in Kytelers Inn, Kieran Street.

A private cremation will take place on Thursday.
