Michael Delaney

The death has occurred of Michael Delaney - Ashlynn, Lynn, Mullingar, Co Westmeath and formerly of Kinnitty, Co. Offaly - May 16, 2024 (peacefully following a long illness borne with great courage and dignity), in the company of his loving wife and family, at the Midland Regional Hospital Mullingar. A dearly loved husband, father and grandfather, Michael will be very sadly missed and forever remembered by his heartbroken wife and best friend Breda, his beloved sons Colin and Michael, daughter-in-law Sabrina, Michael's partner Joe, adored grandchildren Zara, Alannah and Callum, brothers Sean and Pat, sister Marie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and his many good friends and former Coillte colleagues.

MAY MICHAEL REST IN PEACE

Reposing at Gilsenan's Funeral Home Mullingar (N91 K660) on Sunday May 19, from 4 pm with Removal to the Cathedral of Christ the King arriving at 6.30 pm. Michael's Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday May 20, at 11 am followed by burial in Ballyglass Cemetery. Family flowers only please; donations if desired, would be appreciated to The Irish Cancer Society at cancer.ie. House private please.
