Former Waterford City Manager and Freeman of the City of Waterford passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family.

 

Predeceased by his beloved wife Alice, his brothers Jimmy, John and Teddy and his sister Eileen.

 

Sadly, missed by his children Eamonn, Catherine, Claire, Laura and Michael, his daughters-in-law Ann-Mari and Megumi, his sons-in-law Seán and Kevin and by his grandchildren Jack, Ciara, Ronan, Emeline, Kevin, Aisling, Katie and Lily, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Thompson's Funeral Home, Barrack St, Waterford on Wednesday (8th April) from 7:00pm to 8:30pm with vigil prayers and Rosary at 8:00pm.

 

Michael's funeral cortege will drive past City Hall The Mall Waterford on route for Requiem Mass on arrival in the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Butlerstown on Thursday (9th April) at 12:00pm followed by burial in the Adjoining Cemetery.

 

Mass will be livestreamed at 12:00pm on Thursday by following the Funeral Service link below.

 

Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Irish Cancer Society.
