The death has occurred of
Michael DOWNEY
On November 29th, 2022, unexpectedly but peacefully at Cork University Hospital, Michael, beloved husband of the late Debbie (née Coughlan), loving father of Allison (Duggan), Sinead, Joe, Tadhg, and Michelle, cousin of the late Michael Jimmy. Very deeply regretted by his sons, daughters, Joe's partner Myra, Allison's husband Patrick, Sinead's partner Michael, Tadhg's partner Katie, Michelle's partner Pa, grandchildren Jack, Fionn, Ronan and Robbie, sister Ann, brother-in-law Ian, sister-in-law Ann, nephew, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at home in Reendonegan on Friday from 5.00pm to 8.00pm.
Michael's Funeral Cortège will leave Reendonegan on Saturday at 10.45am for reception into St. Finbarr's Church, Bantry at 11.00am.
Requiem Mass at 12.00 noon. Funeral afterwards to Kilmacomogue Cemetery, Kealkil.
