Michael Downey

Michael (Mickey), suddenly but peacefully at Portiuncula Hospital surrounded by his family.

Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Maria, sister Mary(Tierney), brothers John and Naty, nephews Tomás and Shane.

Deeply regretted by his loving wife Nancy, daughter Mary Frances (Dwyer, Boyle), son John, grandchildren Cillian, Michael John and Eoin, great grandchild Luke, son in law Paul, brothers Joe and Frank, brother in law, sisters in laws, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Ahascragh Community Centre (former National School) H53 FK35 on Saturday 25th October from 5:30pm-7:30pm with removal to St Cuan's Church H53 V384.

Funeral Mass Sunday 26th October at 12 Noon with burial afterwards in Ahascragh New Cemetery
