Michael Farragher Mausrevagh, Headford, Co. Galway, January 26th, 2026, peacefully surrounded by his family, and in the wonderful care of the staff at Galway Hospice. Michael, son of Thomas and Delia (Kiniska), beloved nephew of the late Ellen (Nellie) Farragher (Mausrevagh), and loving father of Louise, Ailish, Martina and Michael. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Bernadette (Bernie). Sadly missed by his sisters and brothers, Seán, Mary, James, Eileen, Martin, Patsy, Margaret and Una, his eight grandchildren, sons-in-law, Paul (Louise) and Gerard (Martina), daughter-in-law, Maria (Michael), life partner, Joe (Ailish), his cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family in the U.S. and Canada, dear friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Carey’s Funeral Home, Claran Road, Headford (H91 E6X9) on Wednesday evening, January 28th from 5pm with removal at 7pm to St Patrick and St. Cuana Church (Corner Chapel H91 V9F7). Funeral Mass for Michael will take place on Thursday 29th January at 11am with burial afterwards in Kilcoona Cemetery. Mass can be viewed live on www.churchtv.ie/corner-chapel . House private please. Family flowers only by request. Donations if desired to the Galway Hospice.
