Michael "Flyner" Flynn

Michael “Flyner” Flynn (formerly of Greek Street, Dublin 7) – October 22nd, 2025. Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his devoted and loving family. Beloved son of the late Rita and John Flynn, predeceased by his brother John and his sister-in-law Sabrina.

 

Sadly missed and remembered by his heartbroken wife Sandra (née Staunton), his cherished daughter Pamela and son Dane, brothers Noel and Paddy, son-in-law Liam, daughter-in-law Shannen, his adored grandchildren Carson, Bailey, Jordi and Jasper, brothers-in-law Kendel and Trevor, sisters-in-law Carla, Mandy, Joyce, Bernie, Barbara and Christine, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, relatives, neighbours and his many, many friends.

Flyner will repose at his home (319, Block A, Hamilton Gardens, Cabra D07 K5YA) on Saturday evening (Oct 25th) from 5pm with prayers on Sunday evening (Oct 26th) at 5pm.

Removal on Tuesday morning (Oct 28th) to St. Michan’s Church, Halston Street arriving for 11am Mass, followed thereafter to Glasnevin Cemetery (St. Paul’s).
