The death has occurred of
MICHAEL GILLEN
GILLEN, Michael (Aughagad, Grange, Co. Sligo) - October 10, 2019 (peacefully), at home surrounded by his loving family, predeceased by his son Micheal; will always be remembered and loved by his wife Peggy, daughters Noreen (McSharry) Mairéad (Kelly), son Eugene, sons-in-law John and Tommy, daughter-in-law Helen. Devoted grandad to Áine, Micheal, Bríd, Ava, Aoife, Meabh and Emily; sadly missed by his sisters Kathleen, Nora, Sheila, Alice, Elizabeth, brother-in-law David, sister-in-law Anna, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.
Rest in peace.
Reposing at the residence of his son Eugene ('Ivy House ' Aughagad, Grange, Co. Sligo) on Sunday from 3 o'c. to 8 o'c. Removal on Monday morning to the Church of Mary Immaculate, Grange to arrive for Requiem Mass at 11 o'c. Burial afterwards in Ahamlish Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to S.H.O.U.T at Sligo University Hospital. House private on Monday morning.
Please be advised a shuttle bus will run from Grange Business Park to the House on Sunday between 3pm and 8pm.
