The death has occurred of
Michael Gowen
Gowen (Fermoy) peacefully on March 10th 2023 aged 82 years, surrounded by his loving family & in the loving tender care of the doctors, nurses & staff of the critical care unit of Bons Secours Hospital, Cork. Michael beloved husband of the late Margaret (née McDonald). Sadly missed & lovingly remembered by his sons Gerard and Michael, brothers Pat and John-Jackie, sister Breeda, daughter-in-law Noreen, grandchildren Michael, Kevin and Fionn, sisters-in-law Mary, Betty and Phyllis, Abina McDonald, brother-in-law Donal, nephews and nieces, grandnephews and grandnieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Martin Neligan & Sons Funeral Home, The Old Train Station, Fermoy, P61K682 on Monday March 13th 2023, from 6pm to 7.30pm. Reception into St. Patrick’s Church, Fermoy on Tuesday March 14th 2023, at 10.45am for Requiem Mass at 11am, followed by burial in Kilcrumper New Cemetery, Fermoy. Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to the Lota Brothers of Charity.
