Michael passed away peacefully on the 7th January 2025, in the care of the staff at the Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Margaret, siblings Lily, Podge, Charlie, Rita (Scully) and Kathleen (Dooley).

Deeply regretted by his sisters Mary (Phelan) and Sarah (Dowling) brothers Billy, Tony and John, brother-in-law , sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins, extended family relatives and friends.

Reposing at Burke’s Funeral Home Mountrath on Thursday evening (Jan 9th) from 6.0’clock concluding with Rosary at 7.0’clock. Removal on Friday morning (Jan 10th) to St. Fergal’s Church Camross for Requiem Mass at 11.0’clock, followed by Burial in the adjoining Cemetery.
