Michael Hyland

Hyland Michael (29th December 2025) late of Walkinstown and formerly of Mount Tallant Avenue, Terenure (former President of the Football Association of Ireland), (peacefully) in the wonderful care of staff at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harolds Cross, surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of the late Mary (Detty) and loving father of John, Mary, Seamus, Michael, Brian, Susan and Helen. Michael will be deeply missed by his children, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, his 20 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren in Ireland and overseas, brother Seamus, sisters Sheila and Kay, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Michael Rest in Peace.

Funeral Mass Friday 2nd January at 11.30am in St. Agnes’s Church, Crumlin Village. Followed by burial Bohernabreena Cemetery.
