On March 8th 2026, peacefully in the presence of his loving family and in the excellent care of the staff at the Mercy University Hospital, Michael J. (late of C.I.E.) beloved husband of the late Barbara and loving father of Pat, Maura, Micheál and Barbara, adored grandfather of James, Patrick, Jack, Michael, Emer, Conor, Barbara and Méabh and brother of the late Timmy. Sadly missed by his loving family, sons-in-law Gary and Tom, daughters-in-law Mary and Ruth, grandchildren, brothers Paddy and Jerome, sister Mary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Rest in peace.

Lying in repose at his home Snugboro, Model Farm Road, (Eircode T12 PA9F) Tuesday (10th) from 4.00pm with prayers at 7.00pm. Requiem Mass at 1.00pm Wednesday (11th) in the Church of St Mary and St John Ballincollig which can be viewed on https://www.churchservices.tv/stmjballincollig Funeral afterwards to St Oliver’s Cemetery.
