The death has occurred of
Michael (Jack) Duffy
Michael better known as Jack Duffy, Barney, Breaffy, Castlebar, peacefully at University College Hospital Galway.
Pre deceased by his parents Pat and Mary, sisters Annie, Nell and Jenny, his brothers Paddy and Patrick (died age 11 years)
Michael (Jack) will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving family, brother Joe and his wife Kathleen, their daughters and his nieces, Karen (Martin Hyland), Orla (Mike Ward), Fiona (Seán O' Connell) and Yvonne (Michael O' Meara) ,his sister Chris Kearns (Balla) his sister in law Kathy Duffy, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May Jack's kind and gentle soul Rest In Peace.
Jack will repose at The Coady Funeral Home, Castlebar, F23 XY63 on Thursday from 5 until 6:30 with removal
to St Aloysius Church, Breaffy.
Requiem Mass Friday at 11 o clock .
Funeral afterwards to Breaffy cemetery.
House private please.
Family flowers only,
