Michael (Joe) Doherty
Gurteen, Straide, Foxford, Co. Mayo - died peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and the wonderful support of the staff at Mayo University Hospital on 1st April, 2025 - aged 89 years.
Predeceased by his wife Pauline (Gallagher), parents Patrick and Mary (Battle).
Michael, will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his daughter Tina (Courell), sons John, Tony, Paul, Noel, their partners Joe, Brídín, Louise, Edel, grandchildren Alannah, Chloe, Anna, Lucy, Rory, Roisin, Cara, his brothers Chris, Brendan, extended family, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Clarkes Funeral Home, Foxford, (F26 TH27) this Thursday evening 3rd April from 5.00-7.00pm.
Funeral Mass will take place on Friday 4th April at 12pm in St. Peter & Paul Church, Straide followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
