It is with sorrow we announce the death of Michael Kelly Corrib Drive, Shannon Co Clare and formerly of Bredagh, Caltra, Ballinasloe, Co Galway, late of SPS Shannon

Peacefully in the compassionate and exceptional care of the nurses and staff at CUH on 21 December 2025 surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his sisters Maura, Bridie (Sr Marguerite OFM), Theresa brothers Seamus, Patrick and Sean

Michael will be sadly missed by his loving family: wife Evelyn, sons Dermot and Cian, daughters-in-law Lorraine and Eileen, his adoring and adored grandchildren Jamie, Oran, Eva, Steven and Daithì; brothers and sisters Anna (Goode) Lily (Jennings), Kathleen (Corcoran), Peader, Liam, Phil, Helen (Shannon), Gerry and Kieran, his brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces nephews, extended family, Evelyn’s brother Sean Reilly (Hollymount), his friends and neighbours.

Michael will repose at McMahon’s Funeral Home Shannon on Friday 26 December, from 4pm to 5:30pm with removal to Mary Immaculate Church, Shannon. Requiem Mass for Michael on Saturday 27th December at 12:30pm followed by burial in Illaunamanagh Cemetery.
