Michael Mangan

Michael Mangan, Carraiglee, Shore Road, Belmullet, Co. Mayo and formerly of Doohoma, Ballina, peacefully at his residence in the presence of his loving family on 2nd April 2022. Predeceased by his parents Bridget and John and his brother James. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his loving family, his wife Hanna, daughters Patricia, Anne Marie and Geraldine, son Jonathan, sons in law Barry and John, daughter in law Irene and Patricia's partner Paddy. Cherished grandchildren Amy, Luc, Elana, Caitlin, Bea, Jack, Ciarán, Caoimhe and Jamie, sisters Anne, Sheila, Mary and Sarah, brothers Paddy, Jack and Eamon, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Michael’s remains will repose at his residence at Shore Road, Belmullet (Eircode F26R710) on Monday afternoon from 4pm until 8pm, with house private at all other times. Funeral will arrive at The Sacred Heart Church, Belmullet, on Tuesday for Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in Emlybeg Cemetery. Live streaming of the Funeral Mass will be available for viewing at 12 noon on Tuesday on https://www.churchtv.ie/belmullet-parish-church/. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to the “Mayo/Roscommon Hospice” to be made online via the following link – http://www.hospice.ie/donations or through McDonnell Funeral Directors, Belmullet.

In adherence to best practice, at the Mangan residence, the church and the cemetery, a walk through only system will be in place, with no handshaking and the wearing of face masks would be very much appreciated. The Mangan family are very grateful for your understanding at this difficult time.
