The death has occurred of
Michael McCarthy
McCARTHY (“Villa Anthony”, Farrenlea Park, Model Farm Road, Cork and late of Mountain East, Ardfield): on March 25th 2025 peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Bantry General Hospital. MICHAEL beloved husband of the late Mary. Sadly missed by his loving brother Ted, sister Sheila (O’Donovan), nephews Donnchadh and Sean, niece Julie, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing in O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Clonakilty on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 3pm to 4pm followed by Prayers. Requiem Mass on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11.30am in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clonakilty. This will be livestreamed here. Funeral afterwards to St. James Cemetery, Chetwynd.
