Michael McGinn

Michael passed peacefully on 14th December 2024, surrounded by his family and in the loving care of the staff at St. Gabriel’s Nursing Home in Edenmore. Cherished husband of Maureen, loving Dad to Declan, Sandra, Alan and AnneLouise and doting Grandad to Cormac, Amy, Ciara, Myles, Lauren, Marcus, Sofi, Sara, Stevie and Sean. Michael will be sadly missed by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, daughters-in-law Joan, Edel and Robyn, son-in-law Ryan, his brother John and sister Noeleen, his Trafford United family, extended family and friends.

Michael is remembered for his kind and loving nature and will remain forever in the hearts of his family and friends.

Reposing at the Fanagan Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand on Tuesday (17 Dec) from 5pm until 7pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday (18 Dec) at St. John Vianny Church, Ardlea Road, arriving for 10am. Funeral thereafter in Dardistown Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to Forget-Me-Nots.
