Michael McGovern, The Corner House, Collooney, Co. Sligo, originally (Gregory's), Borim, Swanlinbar, Co. Cavan. Michael passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of St. John's Community Hospital, Sligo. Beloved husband of Mary Agnes, Michael is pre-deceased by their infant son Martin. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Mary Agnes, his sons and his daughters-in-law Paul & Mary, James & Stephanie, Peter, Micheál, Keenan & Siobhán and Seán & Carmel. Michael will be fondly remembered by his brother Philip (Meath), his sisters-in-law Margaret, Catherine and Evelyn, his adored grandchildren Mary-Kate, Eimear, John, Mark, Cathal, Aisling, Orla, Ruby, Faye, Catherine and Sarah and his great-grandchild Holly- Maeve, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at The Church of the Assumption, Collooney (F91 CK24) on Friday (23rd Jan) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday (24th Jan) in The Church of The Assumption at 2pm with burial afterwards in St. Nathy's Cemetery, Collooney. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to St. John's Patient Comfort Fund..
