Michael McNamara

The death has occurred of Michael McNamara, Leytonstone, London, and Glassilaun, Renvyle, Co. Galway. September 14th 2025.

Michael died peacefully in hospital following a long illness, with his loving wife Liela by his side.

Predeceased by his parents John and Julia.

Forever loved and sadly missed by his adored family, his wife Liela, daughters Bernadette (Castlerea), Michelle (Gort) his son Michael (Gloucester) his cherished grandchildren, Kieran (Gold Coast Australia) Sean, Anna, Emma, and Austin, and his great granddaughter Kimberly.

Sadly missed by his sisters Barbara and Geraldine, his brothers Frank and Johnny, son in law Roger and partners Austin and Victoria, nieces and nephews, extended family and friends in London and Ireland.

Reposing in Christ the King Church Tullycross (H91D285) on Wednesday evening October 15th from 6pm until 8pm.

Funeral Mass for Michael will take place on Thursday October 16th at 12-30 pm followed by burial in Tooreena Cemetery.
