Michael in his 92nd year passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family following a short illness. Predeceased by his parents John and Bridget, his brothers Tom, John, Eden and his sisters Mary Joe, Annie Kate and Patricia. He will be sadly missed by his wife and best friend Nancy of 70 years, his children Ann (Westport), Tommy (Chaffpool), Paula (McMorrow, Ballinasloe), Trish (Gorman, Achonry), Martin (Carrentubber) and his brother Martin (Cork). Adored by his 21 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Eamon, Kevin and Bernard, daughters-in-law Cathleen and Pauline, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Michael will repose in Morahan Funeral Home, Tubbercurry (F91 DV50) on Tues 30th Sept from 4pm to 7pm and at his residence (F91 ENP4) on Wed 1st Oct from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thurs 2nd Oct at 12 noon in St. Patrick's Church, Moylough, with burial afterwards in Cloonacool Cemetery.
