DONOVAN (Cork) On 1st April 2025, unexpectedly, but peacefully, after a short illness bravely borne, in the presence of his loving family and in the tender care of the staff of the Cork University Hospital, MICHAEL (MICK), late of Errigal Heights, The Glen. Dearly beloved husband and best friend of Carmel (nee Corcoran), much loved father of John, Nicola, Aaron, Emma and Nicole, devoted granda of Jamie, Sasha, Chloe, Zara, Eoin, Ben, Aaron, Abigail, Jayden, Tyler, Ellie and Liam and great granda of Hailie.

Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, family, son-in-law Brendan, daughters-in-law Tracie and Trina, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Thursday (3rd April) from 1.00pm, family in attendance at 4.00pm with Rosary at 5.00pm. Requiem Mass on Friday (4th April) at 10.00am in St. Brendan’s Church, The Glen. Funeral afterwards to The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy.
