Michael (Mick) KEANEY

The death has occurred of Michael (Mick) Keaney, Ballindoon, Boyle, Co. Sligo, March 5th 2023, peacefully, in the loving care of the staff at Drumderrig Nursing Home, Boyle, surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his brother James and sister Veronica. Mick will be dearly missed by his wife Bridget, children Mary, John, Sinéad and Peter, brother Paddy, sisters Eleanor and Annie, grandchildren Megan, Cillian, Cathal, Seán, Jimmy, Oisín and Cormac, daughter-in-law Siobhán and son-in-law Jamie, relatives, neighbours and his many friends.

Reposing at Shivnan’s Funeral Home, Ballyfarnon, on Monday evening (6th March) from 5.30pm until 8pm. Removal from Shivnan’s Funeral Home, on Tuesday morning (March 7th) to St. Brigid’s Church, Highwood, arriving for celebration of Mass of Christian Burial at 11am. Interment afterwards in Ballyrush Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to North West Hospice, Sligo.
