The death has occurred of
Michael (Mick) Lane
The death has taken place of Michael (Mick) Lane, Upper Quartertown, Mallow and formerly of Carrigeen, Brosna, Co. Kerry, (late of Dairygold and Cork Racecourse), who passed away peacefully on April 3rd 2025 at Cork university Hospital, beloved husband of the late Carmel, dear father of Gerard, John and Brendan, brother of Kathleen, Dan, Dee and the late Mossie.
Sadly missed by his loving family, daughters-in-law Mary, Eileen and Orla, grandchildren Hannah, Julia, Alice, Emily, Gemma, Alex and Jacob, great-granddaughter Norah Mae, sisters-in-law Eileen, Helen and Chrissie, brother-in-law Hughie, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
May He Rest In Peace.
Lying in repose at O'Connell's Funeral Home, St. James' Avenue, Mallow (P51 HH61) on Sunday (April 6th) from 6pm with Prayers at 7.30pm followed by Removal to the Church of the Resurrection, Mallow.
Requiem Mass on Monday (April 7th) at 2.30pm which may be viewed on
Funeral afterwards to St. Gobnait's Cemetery, Mallow.
