Michael (Mick) MILEY

Michael (Mick) Miley of Oldtown, Nurney and formerly of Ballygowan, Milford, Co Carlow, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on May 10th 2025, at his home.

 

Beloved husband of Eileen, much loved father of John, David, Lisa and Michael and adored grandfather Glen, Katiemai, Méabh, Eoghan, Tadhg, Daniel, Bella and Lucy.

 

He will be Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughter, grandchildren, sons-in-law David and Daniel, daughters-in-law Susan and Niamh, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, relatives and friends.

Reposing at his home, Oldtown, Nurney, Co Carlow, (Eircode R93 RP79) on Sunday, May 11th and Monday, May 12th from 2pm concluding with Prayers at 7pm, both evenings. Removal on Tuesday at 10am to St Fintan’s Church, Ballinabranna, (via Leiglinbridge and his childhood home, Ballygowan) arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
