Michael (Mick) Murphy

MURPHY (Cork) On 13th December 2023, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the staff at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice, MICHAEL (MICK), late of Gurranabraher Avenue. Beloved son of the late Christopher and Ellen, loving husband of Breda (nee Sexton) and adored father of Lisa (Browne), Mike, Carolyn (Ray) and Michelle (Dorney), cherished grandad of Colin, Lucy, Emily, Sophia, Ellen, Harry and Eliza.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, son and daughters, sons-in-law Niall, Stephen and Colin, daughter-in-law Lorraine, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, the Phillips Family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Friday (15th December) at 12 noon, family in attendance from 7.00pm with Rosary Prayers at 8.00pm.
