Michael (Mick) Nugent

Michael (Mick) Nugent, Moorerow, Gaybrook, Mullingar, Co Westmeath, passed away (peacefully) on the 28th August, in the tender care of the nurses and staff of the Midlands Regional Hospital, Mullingar. Pre-deceased by his wife Eileen, parents Edward (Ned) and Mary, sisters Agnes, Annie, Bridgie, May, Chrissie, Josie and Kathleen. He will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his heartbroken family, daughter Irene, sons Gerard and Brendan, son-in-law Simon, daughters-in-law Carol and Teresa, his cherished grandchildren Laura, Ashley, Ian, Aaron, Zoe, Shauna, Kara and Abbie, great-granddaughter Faye, sister Angie (Gorman), brothers Eamon, Matt and Pat, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May Mick's Gentle Soul Rest In Peace

Reposing at John Healy's Chapel of Rest, Rochfortbridge (N91R291), on Wednesday (30th August) from 5:30pm until prayers at 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Meedin, at 11am with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The Nugent family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Newbrook Lodge Nursing Home, Mullingar, for the excellent care of Mick during his time there and also to the Homehelp team who came to his home
