Michael (Mick) Waldron

Peacefully at Saint Francis Hospice, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved son of the late Kate and Michael, and cherished brother of Kathleen, Sadie, Patricia, Daniel, Bernie, and the late Joseph and Patrick.Late of the Department of Education.

Mick shared a special bond with his sister Kathleen, living with her and her family for much of his adult life. To Kathleen’s children, he was more than an uncle; he was an older brother and a guiding presence. Mick's warmth, kindness, and love will be deeply missed by them, his extended family, neighbours, and the many friends whose lives he touched.

Reposing at Michael Doyle Funeral Home, Finglas Village, on Wednesday, 4th December, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday morning at 10 a.m. in Our Mother of Divine Grace Church, Ballygall, followed by interment at Glasnevin Cemetery.
