Mick passed away on 3rd January 2025, peacefully, at home surrounded by family. Beloved life long partner of Anne and much loved father of Shona, Aidan and Gavin. Mick will be deeply missed by his loving family, granddaughter Éabha, brothers Pat, Liam and Noel, sisters Bridie, Charlotte, Marian and Eileen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.
Predeceased by his parents Richard (Dick) and Johanna (Polly) and his brother John.

Reposing at his home (R95 N90H) on Sunday (5th Jan) from 4pm to 7pm with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 6pm. Requiem Mass on Monday at 12 noon in St. Canice's Church, Kilkenny. A private cremation will take place on Tuesday.
