Michael (Mick) Willis
The death has taken place of Michael (Mick) Willis, Ard Carrig, Bachelor's Walk, Mallow,
who passed away peacefully in Mallow General Hospital on February 2nd 2026.
Beloved husband of Nora and loving father of Mary (O'Brien), Ricky, Anne (Long), Michael, Paul, Rob and the late John.
Predeceased by his loving son John, brother Dick and sisters Theresa, Gretta and Nellie.
Mick will be sadly missed by his loving wife, family, his brothers Jimmy, David, Patsy and Bobby, his sister Kathleen, sons-in-law PJ and Gerald, daughters-in-law Una, Jackie, Mary and Josie, his much adored grandchildren, his two great-grandchildren and extended family.
May He Rest In Peace.
Lying in repose at O'Connell's Funeral Home, St. James' Avenue, Mallow (P51 HH61) on Wednesday (February 4th) from 5.30pm with Prayers at 7pm followed by Removal to the Church of the Resurrection, Mallow.
Requiem Mass on Thursday (February 5th) at 11.30am.
Funeral afterwards to St. Gobnait's Cemetery, Mallow.
The family would like to thank Dr. Marian Donovan, the HSE and Bluebird Care home help team and the Staff of Mallow General Hospital for the wonderful care given to Mick over the last few years.
