The death has occurred of
Michael (Mickey) Barden
Michael, peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, in the exceptional care of the nurses and staff of St.Joseph’s Care Centre. Predeceased by his parents Tom and Mary-Jane, sisters Maureen, Kitty and Peggy, brothers Brendan, Tommy, Séan and Seamus and by his beloved daughter Carmel. Mickey will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his wife Agnes, daughters Josie, Colette, Teresa, Martha, Caroline and Úna, sons John and Tommy, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at Glennon’s Funeral Home, Ballinalee Road, on Tuesday from 6.00pm concluding with prayers at 8.00pm. Mass of the Resurrection on Wednesday at 12 noon in St. Mary’s Church, Newtownforbes, interment afterwards in Newtownforbes Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to the Patient Comfort Fund at St. Joseph’s Care Centre, c/o Glennon Funeral Directors or any family member.
