Michael Mickey Bates

Peacefully after a long illness in the kind and gentle care of the staff at St Joseph’s Hospital Ardee. Cherished father of Paul & Aaron. Mickey will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his sons, their mother Roisín, grandchildren Emma, Jennifer & Erin, daughter-in-law Elaine, Paul’s partner Catherine, brothers Arthur & Thomas, sisters Mona Meehan & Ita Donnelly, extended family, neighbours & friends.

In accordance with Government guidelines and the current level 5 restrictions, Mickey’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the presence of his family only on Tuesday morning.
