Michael (Mickey) Brady

Michael died peacefully surrounded by his family on 22/11/2025 in Mullingar Regional Hospital in his 93rd year. Predeceased by his wife Anna Mae, daughter Mary Lynch, grandson Paul, parents, sisters Margaret, Teresa, Elizabeth, Kathleen and his triplet sisters who died in infancy.

Michael will be sadly missed and always remembered with love by his family, son Padraig, daughters Geraldine McGowan (Mohill) and Martina Halton (Mullahoran), daughter-in-law Patricia, sons-in-law Johnny Lynch, Francis McGowan and Con Halton, his adored grandchildren John, Jason, Aisling, Emer, Stephen, David, Deirdre, Shane, Sinéad, Ronán, Ciarán, Mark and Dáire also his great- grandchildren Robbie, Cara, Lucy, Jack and Evan, nephews, nieces, relatives and his wonderful neighbours and dear friends.

The hands we held, the voice we knew,
Are now a cherished song.
In Heaven’s care, in skies so blue,
You’ve found where you belong.

Reposing in Connell Funeral Home, Church St, Longford N39 KN66 on Sunday 23rd from 2.30 o'clock concluding with prayers at 5 o'clock. Removal on Monday 24th from his son and daughter-in-law Padraig and Patricia's home to St Mary's Church, Ennybegs N39 AH01 for Funeral Mass at 12 o'clock. Michael's family would like to thank the staff of Our Lady's Manor Nursing Home, Edgeworthstown for the wonderful care giving to him during his time there. Your kindness and care will be forever remembered.
