Michael (Mickey) Ruane

Michael Ruane (better known as Mickey), Upper Rinnaney, Foxford.

Mickey, predeceased by his mother Agnes and baby sister Myra,  he will be dearly missed by his heartbroken wife Mary and his loving daughter Eimear, his father Séan, brother’s John, Gerry and Kieran, his sisters Myra, Pauline, Eileen, Bernie and Connie, his nephew’s Mark, Sean, Darragh and Kevin his nieces Siobhan, Catherine, Aoife, Emma, Sinead, Niamh and Ciara his dear cousin Geraldine, Aunts Mary and Margaret and Uncle Seamus, his brothers in-law, sisters in-law, relatives, work colleagues, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral cortege will leave his residence on Sunday at 12.30pm to St. Michael's Church, Foxford for Funeral Mass at 1 pm with the funeral proceeding to Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan via Rinnaney for private cremation.

House strictly private by request, please.

No flowers by request, donations in lieu to Pieta House, C/O Clarke's Funeral Home.

Due to Government advice and guidelines regarding public gatherings and to protect our most vulnerable family members and our friends, Funeral Mass will be for family and close friends.

Use of face masks in the church please.

We look forward to meeting everyone at a Memorial Service for Mickey where we will honour his life at a later date.
