Michael (Mickey) Flanagan

Peacefully, at home, surrounded by his loving family following a long illness bravely borne.

Predeceased by his father, Thomas, mother Catherine, son Alan, brother Robert, grandson Baby Michael, and his loving aunt, Molly.

Sadly missed by his loving family, wife Marie, sons Noel (Geraldine) and Kevin (Breda); grandchildren Linda, Fiona, Orla, Cillian, Eoin, Cian, and Conor; great-grandchildren Ollie, Danny, Éala; brothers Tommy and Martin, sisters Mary, Cepta and Theresa, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends especially those in Dunderry where he worked for 60 years.

Reposing at his son Kevin’s house, 10 Elm Grove, Kells (A82 V2P0) on Saturday 1st March, from 4 pm to 8 pm, with removal on Sunday morning at 11:30 from his Son’s house to St. Colmcille’s Church, Kells, for 12 Noon Funeral Mass with burial afterwards in St. Colmcille’s Cemetery.
