Michael (Mike) passed away peacefully, in his 90th year, on Friday, 14th February, 2025. Predeceased by his brother Jim, sisters Helen and Esther, sister-in-law Rita and his son-in-law Kevin Howard. Beloved husband of Katie and father of Caroline, Michelle, Robin, Christian, Rhona and Westley, father-in-law to Peter, Marie, Emer, Gerry and Louise, brother to Mary, Brian and Pat. Michael will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife, children, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sister, brothers, his 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his residence The Ridge, Old Leighlin (Eircode: R93 E6W9) on Sunday, 16th February, from 4pm until 9pm, with prayers at 8pm. Removal from his residence on Monday, 17th February, to arrive at St. Lazerian’s Church, Leighlinbridge for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Leighlinbridge Cemetery.
