Michael (Mike) Gately

Gately, Michael (Mike), Firmount West, Clane, Co Kildare and formerly Four Roads, Co. Roscommon and Castletown, Leixlip, Co. Kildare. Mike passed away on December 27th, peacefully after a long illness, at Craddock House Nursing Home, Naas. Devoted husband of his beloved wife Kathleen. Dearly loved father of sons Brian and Aidan. Deeply missed by his loving sisters Margaret and Marie; his brother Liam; his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; his daughter-in-law Mary; his nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Michael joins his departed parents William and Mary Ann, his sisters Sarah and Angela, and brother Eamon.

Michael will repose at Oliver Reilly's Funeral Home, Woods House, Clane (W91 YPX4), on Sunday (December 29th), from 2pm to 5pm, with removal afterwards to Firmount West (house private). Funeral Mass will take place on Monday (December 30th) at 11am in St. Patrick and St. Brigid's Church, Clane, with burial afterwards in Mainham Cemetery, Clane. Messages of comfort and support may be forwarded through the “Condolences” section below. Michael’s family would like to thank you for your support at this sad time.
