Michael (Mike) P. Kelleher

Michael Patrick Kelleher, formerly of Connecticut USA and Dangansallagh, Ballymakeera, Macroom, County Cork.

Michael (Mike) passed away at the age of 85, on 2nd of December 2024, surrounded by his loving family at home in Connecticut. Beloved wife of Eileen (Mc Guirk); and son to the late Daniel Joe and Julia.

Much loved husband to Eileen, father to their three children Siobhán (Wacks), Michael and Diarmuid; and cherished grandfather to Samantha, Shane, Merissa, Tyler, Collins and Declan

Loved and lovingly remembered by Son-in-law Jonathan and Daughters-in-law Melissa and Nina. Michael is predeceased by his brothers Denis, Seán, Joe and Christy, sister Mary ”Sister Enda” and sisters in law Noreen, Mary Giles, Kathleen and brother in law John Mc Guirk. He will be sadly missed by his sisters Joan (Walsh) and Síle (O Boyle), brother Finbarr, brothers in law Connie, James, Henry and Patrick, sisters in law Eileen, Rose, Mary, Bernadette, Ann and Theresa and all of his nieces and nephews; and many friends.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday December 6, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cargain Funeral Homes, 10 Fowler Avenue, Carmel, NY. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at Our Lady of the Lake/Mt. Carmel Church, 1 Noonan Drive, Carmel, NY. Following the Mass, Mike will be escorted to his final resting place in Raymond Hill Cemetery, 156 Route 52, Carmel, NY.
