The death has occurred of
Michael (Mikey) Fitzgerald
Fitzgerald (Kilglass, Mitchelstown).
On May 6th 2023, peacefully, in the wonderful care of the matron and staff of St. Patrick’s Community Hospital, Fermoy, Michael (Mikey), Kilglass, Mitchelstown.
Beloved brother of Nora (Cotter), Mary (Aherne), Patsy and the late Nellie (O’Shea, Tralee).
Sadly missed by his loving family, brothers-in-law, Jackie O’Shea, John Cotter and John Aherne, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours, his fellow residents and friends.
May Mikey Rest in Peace.
Reposing at The Chapel of Rest, Baldwin Street, Mitchelstown, P67 DX81 on Sunday (7th May) from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Reception into The Church of Mary Conceived Without Sin, Mitchelstown on Monday (8th May) for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
