Michael Morris

The very sad and regrettable death has occurred of Michael Morris, retired Garda Inspector of Colliers Lane, Kilminchy, Portlaoise, Co Laois and formerly of Kinvara, Co. Galway who died on the 20th December 2023 peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his daughter Pauline and beloved husband to Peggy and loving father of Kieran, Michelle, Mary and Michael. Cherished grandfather to his 15 grandchildren and his two great grandchildren Alex and Leo and newborn Ciara.. Deeply regretted by his sisters Breda, Eileen, and Mary, sons in law John and Eamon, daughters in law Tracy and Catriona and his nephews and nieces and his wider family circle and his friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Keegan’s funeral home on Thursday the 21st December 2023 from 6.30pm till 8 pm with rosary at 7.30pm. Removal on Friday the 22nd December 2023 to arrive at SS Peter and Paul’s Church for 12 noon requiem mass. Interment will follow in SS Peter and Paul’s cemetery, Portlaoise.
