Who passed away peacefully at home on Monday, 8th September 2025.

Predeceased by his parents Michael and Maureen, brother Tom and niece Diane.

Beloved husband of Geraldine (née McStravick) and dear dad of Elaine and Aoife.

Michael will be deeply missed and remembered with love by his wife, daughters, sons-in-law Paddy and Dan, his adored grandchildren Eóghan, Evan, Méabh and Hannah, brother Paddy, sisters Miriam Hancock, Patricia McHugh and Eileen McEnteggart, brothers and sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

At Peace

 

Michael will repose at his sister-in-law Grainne Cumiskey's home, "Casita" Demesne Road [A91N8W9], on Thursday from 2pm to 8pm.

Removal on Friday morning at 10.40am driving via Pearse Park to The Church of the Holy Redeemer [A91NY2Y] arriving for Funeral Mass at 11 o’clock followed by cremation in Lakeland's Crematorium, Co. Cavan [H12RF78].
