MURPHY (Cork) On 1st April 2026, MICHAEL, late of Onslow Gardens, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving wife, son, daughter and in the exceptional and caring staff of Grange Con Nursing Home. Dearly beloved husband of Anne and devoted father of his son Brian and daughter Lynnette. Sadly missed by his wife, son, daughter, his three grandchildren, as well as his wonderful neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Good Friday (3rd April) from 12noon, family in attendance from 1.30pm with Prayers at 3.00pm. Liturgy of the Word on Holy Saturday (4th April) at 1.00pm in the Church of the Resurrection, Farranree. Funeral afterwards to the Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy. No flowers. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer’s Society.
