Michael Murphy

It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Michael Murphy (Beaumont and former employee of CIE Inchicore who passed away peacefully on Tuesday 2nd September 2025 , surrounded by his loving family and in the care of the wonderful staff at Beaumont Hospital. Most beloved husband of the late Grace and loving father of Michael, Orlagh and Fiona. Michael will be sadly missed by his son and daughters, son-in-law Ken, son Michael’s partner Lorraine, brothers-in-law Jack, James and Jimmy, sisters-in-law Jennie, Anne and Carmel, nieces, nephews, extended family, close friends, former colleagues and neighbours.

Reposing in Staffords Funeral Home, Maypark, Malahide Road, Donnycarney on Thursday 4th September between 3pm and 5pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday morning the 5th September in Our Lady of Consolation Church, Donnycarney arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in Balgriffin cemetery.
