formerly of Griffith’s Place, Waterford.

Retired Physics and Chemistry Lecturer in S.E.T.U.

Late of the Met Office.

Who passed peacefully on January 24th.

 

Predeceased by his mother Bridie, father John, brothers Charlie and Anthony, sister-in-law Margaret and his niece Brigid.

 

Michael will be sadly missed by his loving nieces Fiona, Bernice and Charlotte, nephews John Paul, Colin, Michael, Anthony, Alan and Andrew.

Sister and brother-in-law Caroline and Noel.

Gran-nieces and nephews, Rachael, Vanessa, Sarah, Grace, Holly Jane, Rosie, Daniel, Danny, Charlie and Lily, extended family, cousins, neighbours and friends, especially his dear friend Angela.

 

May He Rest In Peace.

 

Reposing in Tom Hennessy’s Funeral Home, Johnstown, Waterford

(X91 FW4A) on Tuesday January 27th from 5pm to 7pm.

Requiem Mass in St. Joseph & Benildus Church, Newtown

on Wednesday 28th at 10.30am.

Burial afterwards in St. Killian’s Cemetery, Ferrybank.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Pine Ward, University Hospital,

Waterford for the exceptional care shown to Michael.
